Organizer: National Team of Armenia
Collaborator: NGO Youth Mix, Yeghvard, Armenia
Date: November 18, 2023

Objective: The National Team of Armenia, in collaboration with NGO Youth Mix, organized a follow-up activity for the CREACTION training course held in Pissouri, Cyprus, under the Erasmus+ project.

Participants: Fifteen youth workers were invited to actively engage in the follow-up activity.

Activities:

  • Recreation of CREACTION Activities: Participants experienced two key activities from the original project, aiming to reinforce the skills and insights gained during the training course.

  • Project Overview Presentation: A comprehensive presentation was delivered, outlining the overarching goals, activities, and mission of the CREACTION project. This provided participants with a broader understanding of the project's scope.

Discussion and Group Work: The session delved into a detailed discussion about bullying as a societal phenomenon. Through group work, participants explored different types of bullying, fostering a deeper understanding of the issues addressed in the original project.

Outcome: The follow-up activity successfully extended the impact of the CREACTION training course. Participants not only revisited key activities but also engaged in meaningful discussions about the project's core theme—bullying prevention. The initiative aimed to disseminate the knowledge acquired during the original training, promoting awareness and active participation in combating bullying in the local community.

Acknowledgments: Our gratitude extends to NGO Youth Mix, and all participants for their commitment to the ideals of the CREACTION project.

This follow-up activity marks a continued effort to promote a safe and inclusive environment, aligning with the broader goals of the Erasmus+ initiative.

Participating in the "CREACTION" Erasmus+ training in Pissouri, Cyprus, was an incredibly enriching experience that left a lasting impact on me. The trainers, organisers, and the entire team created a supportive and engaging environment, making the journey unforgettable. The training explored anti-bullying methods through diverse activities like theater techniques, meditation, and drawing. The program's depth and variety allowed me to learn and discover something new every day, challenging myself in ways I hadn't imagined. The well-organised project also offered insights into Cyprus's culture, adding to the overall experience. I'm immensely thankful to the organisers, trainers, and fellow participants for this opportunity. Erasmus+ indeed broadens horizons and provides the motivation to progress. The project reinforced the belief that self-improvement, learning, and self-confidence are key to such transformative experiences.

I was fortunate to take part in the training course titled "CREACTING with ACT and ARTs a Safe Environment in Our Centers CREACTION" in Pissouri, Cyprus, at the end of October. The primary focus was on addressing and countering bullying. We delved into the topic extensively, employing various techniques like theater, meditation, drawing, clay activities, and more. The program, involving large and small group work, as well as individual and paired activities, was incredibly diverse. Each day brought new discoveries, both in terms of learning and self-exploration. Besides the educational aspects, the project provided insights into Cyprus's rich culture. I extend immense gratitude to the organizers, trainers, and fellow participants for this unique and impactful opportunity.

Participating in the "CREACTION" Erasmus+ training in Pissouri, Cyprus, I was very impressed by the enthusiasm and dedication of the participants. The project was a great opportunity to exchange best practices and learn from each other about how to prevent and handle bullying in youth centres . I think the participants gained a lot of knowledge and skills that will help them become anti-bullying ambassadors in their centres. I also liked the creative and artistic activities that we did, such as theater, painting, and music. They were fun and engaging and they helped us create a safe and supportive environment. I met many amazing people from different countries and cultures and we became good friends. I think the project was a success and I hope to collaborate with them again in the future. I think the project was very well-organised and beneficial

The project CREACTION changed my life. It helped me grow and become an anti-bullying ambassador. It motivated me to keep learning and sharing. We learned a lot and had fun with cultural and social activities in Cyprus. We made friends and connections with other youth workers and organisations. I am thankful to everyone who was part of it. I hope we stay in touch and create more safe spaces for youth. Everything was well organised.
